Two world-famous speakers will be present at the Garanti Future Summit, to be hosted by Ergun Özen, President & CEO, Garanti Bank and moderated by Journalist - Author Osman Ulagay. Raghuram Rajan, Professor of Finance at the University of Chicago will reveal the current status of the global crisis and the US economy, with special emphasis on the issue of the growing divide in income distribution and its contribution to the crisis. Timothy Garton Ash, European Studies Professor at the University of Oxford, will discuss the social, political and historical consequences of the global crisis with special emphasis on the future of democracy and the EU.
